• Define a premium service for that community.

• Give them something they aren’t getting from the general community.

• Often that’s IRL meetups or weekly Zoom sessions.

• Charge monthly.

3. Freelance/Agency.

• Find a sought after service (learn everything you can about it).

• Decide a fair hourly rate.

• Add to your Twitter or other social media bio that you’re available for freelance.

• Change your Twitter link to a Calendly to book time with you.

• Hire help & increase your rate.

4. Sell an exceptional course.

• Decide what you know better than most (example: guitar, BTC).

• Decide what people will pay lots for.

• Package that up into a live course or video lessons in a UNIQUE way.
